Common Questions About Whole-Home Renovation
For most home additions, especially those involving structural changes or second-story work, architectural drawings are required for permitting. We work with licensed architects and structural engineers and coordinate this as part of our project management. You don't need to find one separately.
Most room additions take 3 to 5 months from permit approval to completion. ADUs and second-story additions typically run 4 to 6 months. The permitting process — which we manage — can add 4 to 8 weeks before construction begins depending on your municipality.
